What Our Guests Say About Us

What a treat to be the first guests in this lovely, cosy and welcoming gite during this Easter weekend! After long days exploring the rich cultural heritage of Normandy, it has been a delight to return here in the evenings and snuggle with the family in front of the fire.

Chris, you’ve been wonderful – thank you for your insider tips and friendly advice! Though it’s a shame this has been a short stay, we’re already looking forward to coming back.

More Information

The gite comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a baby. It’s a converted barn that has been desinged to provide a spacious and contemporary living space. Lots of little extra touches make guests feel as if it’s home from home.

The well-equipped kitchen and dining area is a very social place to hang out. Guests use the lounge area for relaxing, finding a quiet space or cosying up in front of the wood burning stove.

The entrance hall is very large providing additional storage space. The barn doors have been replaced with a wall of glass making it very light and airy. The addition of a utility room/cloakroom with wc and basin makes it very practical.

Two shower rooms means that the property is very popular with extended families and friends holidaying together. The ability to change the bed configurations gives additional flexibility.

I live across the courtyard from the gite so am usually on hand if you need any help or advice. The gite and garden are private and are not overlooked by the main house. Guest privacy is respected at all times.
