The Maison du Biscuit near Barneville Carteret in Normandy produces gourmet biscuits. Alongside the traditional Galettes Normandes and Langue de Chat (made with almonds), you’ll also find cookies, meringues, brownies and much more. The business was established in 1903 and five generations later, it is still a family-run concern. With a shop and a tea room on site, you can indulge in these delicious treats.
